Assignment 1 - Film Genre Typeface
Our class have been given an assignment to finish. We have to produce our own typeface with our preferred genre.
I decided to create a typeface based on the Nordic genre.
Here is my design process of my typeface called 'Koltbarn' which can be found below. Which in the internet is called kids.
Note: For some reason the images orientated horizontally instead of vertically. Apologies! T.T
I would like to capture the characteristics of Nordic type of feel with more organic, less stylized and encapsulating the eccentric feel of each character while also being impactful in the heritage of each feeling on the character.
Below is my typeface created in the environment I believe will suit with the typeface.
